Laboratory

Our well-equipped geotechnical laboratory allows us to carry out soil analyses in order to determine physical and mechanical parameters of the ground. We perform:

• grain-size analysis including:

• hydrometer analysis

• sieve analysis

• detemination of liquidity index which requires analyses of:
  swelling tests

  • natural moisture content of soil

  • plastic limit

  • liquid limit (Casagrande method or cone penetrometer method)

• determination of organic content

• microfossil analyses (rock dating)
